Product information

Xtract herbicide can be used alone or as a tank mix to control a specific range of broadleaf weeds in pastures, forests, industrial/commercial situations and other situations as detailed in the product label. 

Xtract's key strengths are fleabane and thistle control. Xtract is often added to Weed Stop in non-crop/industrial situations to boost residual fleabane control or alternatively at spike rates with WEED FORCE THISS-OFF (or other MCPA herbicides)  for boosting knockdown thistle control in pastures.

MEASURE GUIDE - GRAM/KILOGRAM TO MILLILITRES (ML)/ LITRES (L) CONVERSION TABLE*

The Xtract label recommends rates in grams or kilograms. The following table can be used as a guide to measure Xtract herbicide using common measure jugs graduated in millilitres(mL). If you have access to scales that can weigh small amounts, this will be a more accurate measure. Note that this following conversion only applies to Xtract herbicide and is not an accurate measure for other dry granulated herbicide

XTRACT HERBICIDE WEIGHT TO VOLUME CONVERSION*

WEIGHT VOLUME
1 gram = approx. 1.7 mL
100 grams = approx. 170 mL
1 kg = approx. 1.7 litres

*measure accuracy +/- 10% (use scales where greater accuracy is required)
