Wattle is the common name for many of the acacia species found in Australia.
The Acacia species is a tree or shrub which produces clusters of yellow or white flowers and it often thorny.
There are around 1000 different species of wattle in Australia and the types of species present will need to be considered when determining the appropriate control method.
