Ragwort (Senecio jacobaea L.) is a biennial or perennial plant with daisy like flowers. It reproduces from its crown, roots and stems and invades regions of high rainfall, especially rundown pastures and farm land.
The whole plant is toxic to humans and livestock.
Ragwort is a hard to control weed and may require follow up applications.
