Control Tips

Renovate Broadleaf and Woody Weed Herbicide is registered to control Onion Grass

When using Renovate to control Onion Grass:

  • Spray when the old corm is exhausted and the new corm is developing. This is generally 6-8 weeks after emergence
  • Use a high quality non ionic wetting agent like Weed Forces Holdfast for best results helping to improve wetting and herbicide penetration of the plant foliage

  • DO NOT spray when the plant is stressed (i.e. Drought, physical damage, insect damage, frost)
  • DO NOT apply without a Wetting Agent (eg. Weed Forces Holdfast).
