Spring is finally here and so too are the weeds!
An Australian company, Weed Force Pty Ltd, has developed WEED STOP herbicide, a new low toxicity, low dose weed killer which forms a protective barrier in the soil controlling emerging weeds for up to nine months. The product is an odourless water soluble granule which is practically non-toxic to birds and bees.
Weed Stop herbicide, can be applied to bare ground or can be added to Roundup or other glyphosate based products to control germinating weed seeds for many months after spraying.
This product has been developed for using in areas where maintaining bare ground is desirable. It is suitable for controlling weeds in gravel areas, along fencelines, commercial and industrial areas and other situations where long term total weed control is needed.
